It broke quickly and the machine was not strong enough for washing. However, the washing machine I bought this time is very easy to use and stirs the water. The washing power is very strong, the washing is very clean, and the spin drying is also very easy. It can spin the clothes very dry, and they can be dried quickly indoors in California. The packaging of this washing machine is also very good. The machine was packed very tightly and safely when it arrived, and the machine itself is not heavy.    This prodcut is not functional, very manual and messy, does not wash cloth well. it requieres several clicle with the same load. not worth the try, on top of everything, I request a return and now they ask me to pay the postage. it isn’t fair to buy something with poor quality and end up paying for the refund. what kind of service is this.

   I was so excited when I ordered this, it came a few days earlier than it said it would which was amazing. I hate doing laundry in my complex laundry room because there are only 4 dryers and 4 washers which tend to fill fast or sometimes don’t work. Unfortunately when I tried it for the first time all the water going onto the washer was immediately all over my floor. It had a leak. Water appeared to be coming from the bottom but not from the drainage hose connection area. I did reach out to the company on their site, they have a 24 hour chat there so I was able to reach someone. Upon further inspection I found the washer drum had a sizeable crack at the bottom which was where all the water was escaping through. Customer service was very fast to respond and create a case for me. By the next morning I had an email from them offering free replacement without returning the unit or a refund. I did choose a refund because I didn’t want to receive another faulty washer.

   We don’t have washer dryer hookups in our apartment, so I looked into portable washers. This one was decently priced and seems to hold a larger load, so we decided to try it out. SO GLAD WE DID. This little thing was able to hold a queen sized fleece throw blanket, cleans in 3-12 minute cycle with normal or gentle wash. And oh man the spin cycle is AMAZING. Our clothes can be line dried in a few hours after going through the spin cycle. There’s a inlet to add water but it was too slow for us, ended up using a 5 gal home Depot bucket in the shower and that worked great. 2-3 bucketfuls of water does the trick. For the spin cycle, we break it into a few loads, and definitely remember to put the little disk in before it spins. It’s not noted in the instructions but it keeps the items inside the spinner. We didn’t for one time, and a sock got stuck into the water drainage and we had to take it apart to get it out.
