The washer lid isn’t connected and the dryer lid is a bit wobbly and askew, but for the product itself it absolutely does work.
Word to the wise: the small pipe thing used to fill up the washer is dang near invisible (it’s stored inside the washer) until you actually pour water onto it, save yourself looking foolish (like I did) and triple check it’s there BEFORE letting the company know you didn’t receive it.
As stated the cord that it comes with is a tad on the shorter side, so if your outlets are counter higher or higher it won’t reach.
All in all, a solid product. Doing some loads of laundry tonight 🙂

I like it for not going to the laundry mat, it works doing multiple loads through the week for a family of 3 (2 adults and 1 toddler)
The outtake hose is shorter than I’d like, but I have learned to set the washer in the bathtub while washing and that solves the issue (don’t think you can get away with putting the hose in a large bowl because it’ll just end in a flooded bathroom even in increments).
The dry spinner gets the clothes super dry without the heat but not enough to just fold them and put them away, I put them outside on the line to dry. The spin dryer is pretty fragile as well so be careful not to overload it

The machine was filthy inside but I cleaned it and tried it out. It seemed to be working fine until I saw a pool of water on the floor. Looking more at the machine I looked at the back and under to see that they glued the hose back on made it work that way. It not aligned where it’s suppose to be and you can see the back isn’t flushed together and because of that I guess that is why it leaks also. I was really hoping to like this why would you sell a refurbished machine as new. If that was what I wanted that’s what I would’ve asked for
