   This washing machine was shipped very quickly and I received it within two days. I used it for a week and left my feedback. It is not big and it really fits our small home. Even though it is so small, it is very powerful. I bought it to use as my little daughter’s personal washing machine, it was no problem at all for ten baby clothes, it was fast, it dehydrated clothes very well, I didn’t even have to dry the clothes, the clothes were washed Hang it up on a hanger and it’s dry the next day. It’s so easy to use and perfect for our family.

   Overall, we really like this washer. We use a pitcher to fill it up in the bathtub. It works great for most of our clothes, and we are learning which ones we have to take to a laundromat. The first time we used it, we tried to wash towels and it was not pretty. Seemed like even though I only put in a tablespoon or less of detergent, it would never go away. After about 3 tries, I gave up and we took them to a family members house to wash. That made them fluffy again.
   Now, when I’m up for it, I do 2 loads a day. One wash with soap, spin dry, then put back in without soap to rinse. After that, spin dry and hang. To save water, I’ll reuse the rinse water to wash the second load. It’s a good amount of effort, but I’m so grateful for this little machine allowing me to do laundry in my own house. I would recommend it

   This thing is an absolute piece of junk 😂😂 biggest waste of $200 I have ever spent. I am not one to write a review, especially a bad one, but I don’t want anyone else to feel like they got scammed like I did.

   1. How are you supposed to drain the water in the position the drain hose is. I had to lift the whole machine up to get the right angle just to drain it?!

   2. The clothes aren’t remotely dry. I have to run the “dryer” 4 times for the clothes to even be remotely dry. (And even that, they aren’t dry lol)

   Either I am using this wrong, or this is a complete scam. I might as well toss my clothes in the sink and wash them that way 😂

   Machine works great. Prefect for couples and washing and drying time are Quick. It is usar friendly instructions are clear and Just use the knobs to your likings. Have been using it for about 2 months and our water bill only went up a few dollars which is great.

   It seems practical at the time. If you have a house and don’t wanna spend the big bucks for a washer and dryer it would be a good idea. But it wiggles unless stables and makes loud noises so apartments might not be the best place to have one.

   I have nothing but great things to say! It’s so easy to use, we have a limited space & it fits perfect! I put it up on a stand & the hose reaches in the tub to drain, so easy… We don’t use the other hose to fill, we just use a bucket & it takes about 3 depending on the load… The dryer gets them almost completely dry, we hang up & dry overnite… Love this & glad we found this!!

   This machine is exactly what I needed! It arrived 3 days earlier than expected so I was excited and anxious to use it. I received the Costway rather than the ARLIME and learned that the Costway was created to have a stronger customer service component. They succeeded! I read the directions, which are a bit challenging due to translation. Within the directions it described how to take off the filter. However, the illustration did not include the word, “Filer” and instead used the words, “Overflow board”. I was confused so contacted customer service. They responded within a couple of hours and, thus, began several days of exchanges. The overflow board is actually the filter. However, I could not pull it out, as instructed. After several back and forth exchanges and several photo attachments, I was finally able to release the filter ~ for me, it was a stubborn little component. I was delighted and immediately did a wash and spin dry ~ and it was perfect! I told the customer representative that I was completely satisfied now. Then, an unexpected response came: they were, “issuing me a partial refund of $10 because of the filter matter.” I place strong importance on customer service as well as product functionality ~ ARLIME, aka Costway ~ excel at both! Thank you!! 🙂

   I was very excited to receive this product! Its one of the biggest purchases I have made, I dont regret it one bit! This is amazing! It fits all my clothes I can even fit a whole blanket in it (a thin one not sure about thicker ones) for the price of it I think its great! Its bigger than I thought and fits great in my tub! easy to use and move around it isn’t heavy at all and I’m a tiny person. The dryer is small so it doesn’t fit that much but you can do it a few at a time and it dries very well! I was surprised on that too. As a side note I would wash/rinse your clothes twice, as in draining the water the first time, then add fresh water and spin it again. Then drain again and its ready to go in the dryer. That’s what I do to make sure its extra clean! But you can do whatever! This is an amazing product! I would def. recommend anyone that needs something small for like an apartment/mobile home/trailer/small house/RV/Camper etc.

    I have a dog and I use floor mop a lot. I don’t feel comfortable washing these items in the regular washing machine. I brought these items to the laundromat, which takes me 30 min to drive there and waited for over an hour for them to be washed and dried and cost more than $10. And I feel guilty about it too. I decided to get a small portable one. I tried the one that looks like a bucket, and it can only wash two mop pads at a time. Finally, I decided to give this one a try. It can fit in many more items, even a door map. It did a very good job of cleaning. I like having control over the water level, and how many times and how long I want to wash them each cycle. I like the spin dry as well because it has different levels of speed, and I can stop them anytime I want. I live in the northeast part of the county; I can’t leave it in a small bathroom. Since it is light, make it easy to move back to garage after I use it. Overall, it served my purpose, it cleans all the pad, dog towel, and washable door mat nicely without feeling guilty.

    I ordered this portable washer and dryer two days ago, and I’ve just received it today. Thank you for delivering so fast!!! Also just washed my clothes and it works just like a regular washer! &&’ the dry spinner is amazing! It does not completely dry your clothes but it does get 100% of the water out making it almost dry. But I just hang them up and let them dry for 20 minutes. Overall Very good product and this invention might be better than a regular washer and dryer! I am able to take it with me when I move in a couple of months. I highly recommend!!! 10/10.
