The machine washes good but only a limited amount of settings. However, it’s very small… the size of a dishwasher. Therefore, one normal size load will take two loads with this washer. I made the mistake of not paying attention to the actual measurements but it’s excellent for apartments with limited space. The dry portion of it takes a little longer than expected. A full load took around 3 hours to completely dry. Very quiet can barely here the finish alarm. Easy to use but recommended powdered soap instead of liquid soap. No place to add softener or dryer sheets.

So far so good. It doesn’t hold a lot but for us being empty nesters it is nice to just throw our clothes in there a couple times per week and have them completely finished when we go to retrieve them. We take larger items like comforters to the laundry mat.
Having one small machine instead of 2 large machines really freed up a lot of space in our laundry room. Also the kids no longer try to bring all their laundry over which is nice.

I had a splendia ventless washer/dryer machine, and replaced with this one after the hurricane, I absolutely love this machine. Understand though this is for a smaller than normal family loads of laundry, so if you don’t mind smaller loads this is perfect. You can install with out venting outside, so you can put it anywhere without a hole in your wall. It has a lot of cycles, you can pick one you like, that you use all the time, and it has a favorite button, just load and hit that button! You can go from a wash load, right into a dry mode in one setting. You can also wash a load and then pick a timed dryer setting. The machine itself is a stylish looking machine if you put in your apartment kitchen or where ever! It a workhorse of a machine for the money!

Lovvvvveeeee itt!!! I only had it for a week when I order it I washed 4 big bags of clothes! I had 7 comforters mine you only one comforter fits at a time but she get the job done my clothes came out softer than they do at the laundromat so Black and Decker made me a huge fan my family size is small so this is just perfect! 😂😂 my mom even washed a bag of her clothes when she came to visit and was impressed so I hope she last a good while!!!

I moved the machine to the second floor so i had to get the plumbing moved also. Finally got everything connected and started using it. I am happy with the performance of both of the functions. Dry time is long as stated. Be sure that you understand that before you get one and you can live with it. It does the laundry well but slower than you are used to getting it done. I’m only doing wash for myself and am happy with it. I don’t think this machine would be a good idea for more than 2 or 3 people mostly due to the load size limits and time involved for each load.
Now, my biggest complaint. The owner’s manual was written by one of those guys who writes verses on grains of rice at the boardwalk. Really tiny print! Strongly recommend getting a copy that is readable off the web
