   If you have problems you need to follow directions! I followed directions to the letter for the set-up, instillation and use! Presto, instant success! Living in a Tiny House things are a little tight. This fit perfectly in a closet. Works like a champ, quiet, efficient and cost effective on utility cost! I tracked my electric use daily and check the days I use the 5 hour overnight feature. No significant increase in electric use. I was concerned with the purchase or a 26 pound limit/13 pound drying. I never measured the weight of my laundry before and 26 pounds is plenty. A set of sheets top/fitted, 4 pillow cases, pair of jeans, weeks worth of under garments, 2 – 60″ bath towels and 5 shirts and a few dish towels was not too much! My experience has been exceptional. Satisfied to the point I was willing to recommend it to my sons mother in law! PS: Great locking feature and easy to additional items to the load if you forgot something.

   The fastest wash and dry cycle takes 4 hours and 15 minutes. The capacity is already small, but even with just a few clothes, the machine can’t dry them in less than 3 hours. This is the fourth time I’ve used it, and it gets worse every time. I honestly wish I had never bought it, and if I could, I’d return it. The clothes come out smelling like they’ve already been worn, even when I use a generous amount of detergent. It doesn’t matter how much product I use or which cycle I choose — the clothes never feel truly clean. On top of that, the machine doesn’t seem to have an effective filtration system: dirt builds up inside the drum and ends up transferring to the clothes. In the end, it feels like I’m washing dirty clothes in a dirty machine.

   I’m pleased with this combo washer and dryer. I have arthritis in my hands and moving wet clothes from washer to dryer is a killer on my hands. My clothes come out clean, dry and my hands don’t hurt! I like the dispenser for detergent and fabric softener, very easy to use. I was hesitant to buy a combo, especially a ventless one, but I’m so glad I did.

   UPDATE: Had this for a few months and I Love it. Takes about 5 hours to do a load which includes a large towel, 5 tops, 3 pairs of knit pants, underwear and a couple dishtowels, hand towels and washcloths. Basically one large womans laundry for 5 days. Its not loud nor is it quiet, just average sound like a microwave. It still amazes me how well this works for such a compact machine. I highly recommend.

   I got it delivered yesterday and I’ve already done 5 loads of laundry. I’m loving it as a new addition to my RV. It’s a bit bigger than RV washers so I won’t be able to replace my closet door where it belongs- but this doesn’t bother me as the bed is too close to open it all the way anyways. I haven’t used the dryer setting yet because it’s summer and super dry outside. Yay socal- It’s faster to do a clothes line and get another load in (20 minutes and everything is dry), as opposed to the four-hour ish dry setting-but in the winter I’m sure the dryer function will come in handy. I was able to fit a king size blanket from Costco in it and it did well. A comforter probably wouldn’t fit, but I might try anyway to see how it handles it. It holds a lot more than I was anticipating which is nice. And the more that’s in it, the less violent the spin cycle. I tried leveling the machine as best as I could but being in an RV it shakes a ton. So that’s fun haha. Hopefully I’ll remember to do a follow up review after a few months of use!! 2024 update! So far this thing is still working great! I’ve grown from a single person to a family of 3 and two dogs! It doesn’t handle dog hair super well so shake all the blankets and things if you have indoor pets. The dryer setting is super convenient when I need to leave for the day and don’t have time to continue laundry. I also do cloth diapers so I’m literally doing laundry EVERY day and it’s still working well. Any issues I’ve had of over flow is because of my RV situation… accidentally closed valve a few times has flooded my bedroom so be sure if your in an RV to keep your laundry valves open! I like the single unit doing both functions because it keeps the top open for laundry basket and closet storage and anyone knows living in an RV space is EVERYTHING! In the summer I still hang everything outside, and in the winter we have a pellet stove going so I hang my husbands clothes out near the stove to dry quickly and let the dry cycle go for the rest because I’m not in as much of a hurry.

   Ok, so I have had my Comfee washer/dryer for about a month now and I can’t live without it! My favorite features are how soft all of my clothes are, and everything smells great! I love putting a load in when I go to bed and voila! I have clean clothes, no wrinkles , when I wake up!!!

   I set up the washer/dryer and was super excited until I started the first load! The thing shook my basement so violently like it was possessed and walked around… it also ripped the drainage hose out of the wall and water was everywhere. Needless to say I was over it… the washer wasn’t full of clothes, the washer/dryer was level. I couldn’t figure it out. I contacted portablewasherdryercombo.com customer service and started a return. The day before it was scheduled to be picked up… and then I saw a video about “transport bolts” AND how you have to remove all 4 bolts. I cancelled the return!! Then 5 days later it started doing its walking thing asking so it’s not the bolts. This combo Absolutely SUCKS! It takes FOREVER to dry… No exaggeration 4hrs at least. I started to hang drying the clothes it dried faster and cheaper than running the dryer, I end up returning it. The great thing about portablewasherdryercombo.com is the return, they send a company to the house and picks it up as-is no box. You just need to put it by a entry door first! BUYER BEWARE UPDATE: 30 days+ no refund…. It is a complete nightmare dealing with portablewasherdryercombo.coms refunds department it’s been over a month still no refund and the crazy part is a customer can track it on the same system to see where the package is… it’s been sitting in a portablewasherdryercombo.com warehouse since October! I called portablewasherdryercombo.com and was told to call back on 11/1 to get a manual refund…then the date changed to 11/4 and then the date changed to 11/14. Each time I call regarding this I get transferred to at least 5 different representatives. This is the first and last large appliance I purchase from portablewasherdryercombo.com….the refund process is the absolute worse. The end result is portablewasherdryercombo.com is tying up my money and I’m still without washer/dryer.

   This thing is absolutely an underrated gem. First let me say I work a ton, and some odd hours. Doing laundry on a day I work a 10 hour shift, or have really odd scattered hours can be difficult or entirely impractical. I wanted something I could just put it, run off, and have finished when I got home. This is exactly that. Others are complaining about it taking a long time to dry. Yeah. 5:43 for a full wash and dry. It’s long. I think they are missing the point though. I can run this over night and it’s just done in the morning. I can run this before a long day and come back and everything is done. No switching laundry. No finding the time. I think the greatest benefit of this machine is being glossed over by many. Also I had mixed feelings about the lack of lint trap but I’ve come to appreciate it. Here’s the thing, the lint and hair is in the discharged water. For the love of God don’t pipe the hose directly into the drain. Put a screen between them. In my case I’m draining into a laundry sink that has a hair trap like a shower or tub might. You don’t want to deal with that clog years down the road. When you have that in place, it’s even easier and less messy to clean than a dry lint trap. I love this thing and it has absolutely been worth the money. It’s rather quiet too.
