I don’t really leave reviews but this was truly a waste of money & time. The “drainage” basket doesn’t lock place. It came out during washing and to “ drain” the clothes. Ended up having to ring them out myself. Spend the extra money on a good one.

This little machine worked well for about a month. After that it constantly kept turning off after a few second. The motor randomly stopped working while in the middle of a load.

I like the color and the 11L capacity. Other than that it’s a waste of money. Regardless of how much or how little clothes you put in, it shuts off every 40-50 seconds. I pushed the button to start the washer and it sunk in, when I went to press it to stop the machine I had to press really hard. Do not recommend this portable washer, buy something else.

Regarding the FineBud Portable Washing Machine, I have attached video and pictures that speak for themselves, and not in a positive way. This purchase is very disappointing in addition to dangerous. There is no excuse for a vendor to take the risk on repackaging and reselling a returned/defective item that is made to clean clothing soiled with God only knows what to another person instead of damaging it or using it for further R&D to make it better in the future.
While all pieces arrived, I have reason to believe this was a unit that was returned and instead of the seller properly inspecting or simply damaging it out, placed it back on the shelf for resell. The fact that an appliance protection plan for purchase was offered gave me peace of mind this would be a quality product and that the vendor felt the same to where they’d fix or replace it in the event issues arise. I’m not sure how that can be true in this instance.
Upon opening and unpacking, there was a noticeable dent on the outside of the unit. Several stains and scrapes were present. The stains did NOT wipe away. Although there was plastic on the lid, but it was clear it had been repositioned there because it had fingerprints and scratched all over it. I understand during manufacturing things happen or there may be a tiny scratch here and mark there, but the number on/in what I was shipped is not normal. There were a few strings of plastic that were left hanging on the unit, which normally wouldn’t be an issue for me; however, those along with the many other imperfections clearly demonstrate this item was NOT inspected for QA.
The impeller inside was uneven and pushed closer to one side of the bucket drum. Also, inside the drum, touching the impeller by hand, the ‘blue light’ triggers without any source of power. I had my suspicions and even asked about the ‘blue light’ prior to purchase because it did not specifically state that the light, although blue, was actually UV sterilizing, which doesn’t make me feel the most comfortable if the seller isn’t providing factual information. Especially with this being an item that is made to wash once dirty things, the fact that the ‘blue light’ may not actually sterilize its contents combined with the fact that returned and used products could be resold presents health and hygiene safety issues for the next unsuspecting customer who should be getting a brand new product because I don’t know how well it was cleaned, if at all, by its previous owner. For all I know, that a piece of Suran Wrap slapped on a clearly used lid that was sent to me was put there by the previous customer and because it was ‘packaged’, and because FineBud clearly didn’t inspect the product, they assumed it was their packaging and shipped it back out.
The entire experience related to this purchase was doomed from the start. Initially, my package arrived late, not sure why because it was literally sitting at my local USPS for TWO days before it was delivered. THEN when the package finally arrived, the box was crushed, which is not a vendor issue, but an issue I’ll address with portablewasherdryercombo.com. If I wasn’t sent what appears to be a used and un inspected portable washing machine in the condition as shown, my rating would have been better.
