   I took a picture with a large bottle of laundry detergent in the barrel for reference on size. This little dryer obviously takes longer than a regular full size dryer, but for reference I can dry 4 hooded sweatshirts and two pairs of jeans in about 1 hr. We are currently RV living while our house is being built and I easily keep up on my laundry for our family of 5. As long as you allow yourself some time, this little dryer gets the job done. This isn’t the kind of dryer where your teenage kid can throw in some jeans and sweatshirts and have it be dry in 30 minutes before they leave for school.

   It has automatic shutoff on some settings. It’s also a reversal dryer so your sheets don’t end up with something wet balled up in the middle.

   Yes I’ve had for about several weeks now… It’s a great lil dyer dries a queen comforter no problem,it’s great for my wife and I… Make sure you Clean the trap after every use… My only Gripe is location of the trap it’s not easily accessible and theres two different things that must be cleaned each time read the Manual!!! Other then that works perfect and sounds it makes sound like an old Zelda game 🤣!

   We got the dryer at the beginning of August and by the end of September it stopped working. I called the company and they were great. They replaced the defective machine. Hopefully this one will work well for a long time.
   It’s great size for an apartment and was easy to install. Does not make noise and until it stopped working, dried the clothes well.

   I’m a full time RV’r in a 40 Foot 2005 Horizon Itasca. After all this time my dryer of my combo unit quit ! I contemplated just going to the laundry-mat but it’s just inconvenient and costly where I live. I looked and looked till I found this. I was skeptical as I’ve never bought a compact dryer this size. It’s amazing and freaking hot too ! Be sure to mind the measurements given based on your space. The Dryer vent out the back is top left rear and it comes with a chute that screws on with three screws in the owner manual baggy. You have two options to vent. The traditional way or into the little deal they sell xtra. This dang thing is crazy heavy for one person to lift if it’s going up on a shelf. So, I’ll use my washer till it goes out and go from there ! UPDATE: August 27th 2023 The dryer has completely quit blowing any type of heat and I’m now without a dryer ! I’ve reached out to Assurion and I’m awaiting a response but according to the Supplier, the return date has passed. I’ll update with further details if this is resolved. UPDATE: Unplugged the dryer and plugged it back in as a fluke and it’s working fine for now. Please be mindful that the lint trap is inside the drum against the back wall. Just grab it with two fingers and pull. The rest is self explanatory. I spray mine with fabric softener while it’s out.

    Living in a respectable, yet small apartment, in California without a washer and dryer hook-up for 8 years has left me a bit jaded. Tired of begging for quarters at the gas station or going to the effed up car wash coin machine just wasn’t cutting it anymore. I got smart – I decided to invest. The reviews on this thing are so-so, and I wasn’t sure just what to expect, but I can tell you this, it dries fast, it dries well. It works as well as a full-size dryer in my experience. I’ll add though, that the little washer next to it in the picture allows me to do multiple spin-only cycles, so I did that since it’s quick and easy. The clothes came out of the wash like they would with a regular washer (maybe a little better), and I set the dryer for 150 min cycle. It took less than 60 min (maybe 45?). That being said, I don’t know how durable it is, but it does work well. I would postulate drying success depends on the spin cycle of the wash, in part. I can initially recommend this dryer with high marks. It also shipped very fast.

    I must say this is a very impressive compact dryer. Due to the small size of our basement opening, we elected to purchase this dryer and we love every minute so far, it’s one of those cool to warm air dryers unlike the full-blown dryer models however it’s still packs a punch and dries ours clothes in the relatively decent time. My wife loves it very much and somehow she can’t stop washing and drying clothes.

    Dont like filters, almost impossible to clean fiber lint filter and dryer doesnt want to start when pushing start button, takes about 5 tries.
    Does dry clothes really good though.

    I do not know about others who say it takes forever to dry. I have a portable washer, spinner dryer. Once I put the dryer on smart dry it dries the load in 30-45 min no different then a regular dryer. And this is with towels and jeans. This dryer yes it squeaked at first when it started. Contacted customer service, they immediately contacted me back. Before I could send a video I figured it out, it was slightly unbalanced. The squeak stopped. These portable dryers are ment to be used with the portable spinners which spins most the water out. Otherwise, I’m so happy with this dryer and I would purchase again. If washer stops I’m coming back to this company to buy another washer as I didn’t purchase mine here. Yet I do see they have one with better options then I do. Same price as well. Had great customer service and I do know a thing or two about that, considering I work for the largest furniture company in the world, providing customer service.. thank you

    So we purchased this unit along with a portable washer for our apartment since our complex’s laundromat is always out of order. The dryer does work, just not well. I did a small load (probably around 7lbs wet) and the dryer has gone through 2 cycles, one for each setting that claims to have a dryness sensor, and the clothes are still damp. It’s been about 1.5 hours and they aren’t dry. To put the amount of clothes into perspective, it’s equivalent to 2 full outfits worth of cloths. That is abysmal. You will spend 30-45 min washing depending on load size and setting, and then hours waiting for this thing to dry. My next load is closer to the maximum recommended weight and that’s probably going to be drying for 3-4 hours. I would strongly suggest purchasing a different unit instead of this one if you don’t want to have to dry a single load washer’s worth of laundry for several hours. To be completely honest, hanging them up to dry would only take an extra hour or 2, be more energy efficient, more cost effective, and wouldn’t make the room it’s in warmer. Hard pass.

    Terrible, I bought it a few months ago, it takes a long time to dry, the machine doesn’t heat the clothes, it takes more than two hours to dry two pairs of underwear and three shirts. I really regret buying it, contact the warranty? I’ve sent several emails and I haven’t gotten any response, portablewasherdryercombo.com doesn’t help at all either! In short? Money wasted on a piece of crap that doesn’t dry and there’s not even any customer service from the person who sold it.
