   This product was used for our tiny house and good to wash small items such as undergarments/socks/white shirts, however, it uses an AC plug and it is only made for a very limited amount of clothing. The water plug is extremely hard to put in, as well as the tube. The spinning agitator bogs down after putting in 2-3 shirts and socks in, reducing the performance of cleaning your clothes. 11L is still in my opinion too small of a washing machine to put regular sized clothes in even without throwing pants in. Also you will need other things such as a portable dryer or drying rack to dry your wet clothes.

   It is still a great product to use if you are budget friendly and need a quick wash of clothes.

   Make a small noise, not too loud , easy to operate, small amount of clothing, no pants large shirts, but small things in small quantities, when spinning do not stuff but push down in basket so it won’t fly out of the basket. Really liked it, rather than using big washer for a few things also it s not going to wring all the water out but after rinsing just squeeze all the water out of the clothes.

   Product quality was good, but may not really serve the purpose. This can be used only for the purpose of washing 2-3 pairs of briefs and inner vests or 2-3 pairs of lingerie. The tub was too small to think of using it for anything else. Didn’t really save any efforts if you have to do multiple cycles and use it only for lingerie. And then you have to wring it with your hands anyway and find a place to dry it inside your home or dormitory. To much hassle and not productive enough. Since I wood have to anyway visit the laundry fir my other clothes why not do in these couple of pairs of innerwear as well at the laundry.

   Haven’t used it that many times. But I was pleased with it during the couple of months it lasted. I had high hopes it would be a real solution I was telling others about it too. Now the spinner came off and is rusty. I’m not sure what to do and product support is lacking, even if they provide troubleshooting. Look at this rusty nail. Complete waste of money and so sad that resources were wasted to make junk yet again

   Just move around the clothes, not spin, and anything…it’s really useless
   It’s better to use the hands to clean the clothes.

   Stopped working after a few uses. I also felt I had to hover near it because when it did work it looked like it was going to just tip over at any second. Drainage was also a nightmare you can never fully drain all the water you have to go in and dry up the water yourself after.

   Purchased this portable washing machine 4 months ago. It worked fine until today. Place a small number of kids clothes in the machine, turned it on and viola, no washing. Unit just makes scratching sounds but no agitation, no spinning, no nothing. Do not recommend.

    I really like this washer. It surprisingly works great for the size Cleans clothes wonderfully. My big washer had broken down and getting it repaired and replaced nearly took a month and I had serious laundry to get done. This washer seriously helped I did like 3-4 loads in it a day and it worked. Except that the size is not that small but it can easily wash under garments worth a week and also two pair of shirts or a pair of leggings in one load. And it is doable as a run is 10 minutes max.
    Worth it. Easy to set up and seems durable
