Since I live in an apartment complex that literally charges $2 per wash load AND dry load, I decided to take matter in my own hands with this hand washer and dehydrator. Now, it is on the smaller side and I will not be able to wash my comforter in it, yet there is beauty in its simplicity. I have put more articles of clothing than suggested on the instructions and still received clean and fresh items. The seller did reach out about the handle and how to properly use it, however my daughter was helping to do laundry and broke the handle. It can still be used yet I can tell it is not as sturdy to hold and turn the handle as it once was.
Overall, great quality and great purchase as an alternative to using washer in the apartments. I can control the type of water that goes in and it honestly has become somewhat of a mediation practice for me to wash clothes. I have become more mindful of how much water I use to wash clothes, how much energy goes into turning the handle to wash, spin, and drain the clothes, and how many clothes we have as a family.
