   This machine is perfect for me, a single person with a small space. Its is expensive, but worth it. It does not make obnoxious noises, or travel all over the counter, or require confinement in the sink to remain stable. You can drain and rinse into the sink as often as you like. I don’t bother to hook up the water intake, its simpler to fill it with a pitcher, and you can better control temperature that way. The spinner is awesome, and the result nearly dry. Perfect for a folding rack. What took me so long?

   This washer definitely washes your clothes. It’s capacity isn’t huge, but if you stay on top of your dirty clothes, you can prolong a laundry mat visit until you need to do a linens and pants wash. This little washer doesn’t take up too much room in our apt, and it’s pretty easy to use. The spinner is great, especially if you do 2 cycles, and it helps clothes on the drying rack dry rather quickly – especially with a fan blowing on it. I can confirm that a delicate bag would probably help save your delicates from potential damage… also be warned the spinner gets warm near the base and it felts weird patches on a couple of my fav sweaters. my biggest gripe, is it make all of my clothes wildly linty… i don’t know why or how to stop it, but I gotta roller all my stuff once it’s dry.

   This little machine is the perfect solution for my needs. Easy to use and move.
   I use it in my bathroom so I can use my shower head to fill it. The hose included works great too just not as quickly.
   I don’t overload it or use too much product.
   The spin cycle is my favorite. Gets most of the water out and is super quiet as long as you have it balanced correctly. I can wash, 2 rinses in about 20 minutes. Hang to dry and because most all the water is gone on sunny days dry in less than an hour. Dry for 20 minutes in dryer on rainy days.
   My only concern it does make a funny noise when washing when the agitator changes direction. But does not cause me to not love it and there’s a 3 year warranty.
   Overall very pleased and happy.

   We were very excited about this product, as we live in a small apartment and just had our first child, so this seemed like a great option for doing small loads of baby clothes and linens. Unfortunately, the Drop washing machine was of shockingly low quality, and somehow the customer service was ever worse. To complete a wash, there is an agitator attachment and a spin cycle drum, which need to be swapped out between cycles. The drum was where the problem arose; it didn’t sit straight on the rotating spindle, so it rubbed against the bottom of machine. At first, this left plastic shavings on the clothes as the two parts rubbed together, but eventually, this wore a hole through the bottom of the washer, making it unusable, as it could no longer hold water, which just flowed out the bottom through the motor housing and onto the floor. Additionally, although it says it can handle loads of up to four pounds, the machine could never turn the spin cycle drum of anything more than one pound, as the motor strained to turn even the completely empty drum. I have made repeated efforts to contact customer service, but my emails were ignored (I sent them two weeks ago), and their customer service phone number just rings to a voicemail with a full inbox. Absolutely do not buy anything from this company.

   This is a very handy machine, I’m super impressed with it, lots of reviews complain about the noise, I’ve used it several times and have no issues with that , all I would say is just follow the directions as to how much you can load in the machine and how to load it .it’s very efficient at doing laundry and love the steel drum for the spin cycle

   I really wanted to love this product. I’ve had it for about 3 weeks, and have used it only a handful of times. When it was working, it was a bit too loud and thumpy for me, and I didn’t think the agitation was strong enough during washing but it was fine. The most recent time, I smelt burning rubber during the spin cycle and the Drop started leaking from the bottom and making odd crackling noises and beeping. I only had a light sweatshirt in the spin basket, so I was definitely not overloading it. As you can imagine, this created a mess and seemed a bit unsafe. Given the short lifespan and loudness, I wouldn’t recommend this product.

   The compact size of this machine makes it excellent for travel in a RV. The machine will wash small loads of underwear and socks or 1 bath towel, saving you money by not needing to use campground machines as much. The 1500 rpm spin cycle is excellent. Clothes dry outside so much faster than hand wringing.

   I wanted a lightweight, compact and efficient washer/spinner for my small living space and was hoping this would fit the bill. It turned out to be not what I needed. The motor sounded ‘overworked’ even with a very small load, and the spinner did not remove as much water as I had hoped. It is not a bad product, it just did not suit my needs.

    Requested a refund rather than exchange, as others had reported this issue. I assumed it must be the odd case but experiencing the same issue–makes me feel doubtful about the company. Why have they not resolved this?
