Machine came undamaged and in perfect working condition. I did receive it in gold but keep in mind that the gold color appears more like tan/ nude than a true gold. Took about 15 minutes to get it fully assembled and ready to run the first load. There are a several load options and they are each very efficient at cleaning clothes well. It also fits more than I anticipated it would. Today is day 3 and, so far, I have no leaks, no issues, no complaints. It does what it promises at a fraction of the price of its competitors. I took a risk with this one but, so far, I’m pleased with the outcome. Will update if anything changes.
