You get what you pay for! Washer works great but tiny and the more you put in the drum, the more likely it is to over heat and shut down during the dryer portion. I have it vented but find it works better (dryer) on the non-vented selection. Perfect for me as I live in a Tiny Home and don’t pay for hydro or water. A complete cycle (wash and dry) on normal takes 2 hrs 15 minutes if everything goes as planned. Great many settings to choose from. When delivered originally only one person came to deliver it, had to send back for another delivery date as I have stairs and two men were required.

Was decorating a small retro kitchen when I decided on this beautiful piece. It’s all for the luxe because it did not work properly. Water came spewing out of the front loading door when I started it. I had it balance but it was jumping all over the floor during the span. It took 4 hours to dry 4 towels . Had to do it at intervals because I thought it would start a fire. Sadly, I returned it so there went my cool decorating idea.

Doesn’t come with the described parts, and screws provided do not support vent. Also it takes 2 drying cycles with vented dry to still have damp clothes coming out of the machine and it feels way too hot on the outside during either vented or ventless dry. I do not recommend this product.

Do not recommend if you want fresh clean smelling laundry. It stinks. Smells like dirty socks after coming out of the laundry. I use it for my small salon and I don’t recommend to anyone unless you’re desperate for a space saver and very little installation. Also gets really hot sometimes my clothes are too hot to touch. I’d recommend buying a different brand as this is not worth the money

the machine arrived in good condition, but turns out I need to do some modification in my closet so it’ll fit. Right now, waiting for some parts to finish the install- likely by the end of the week. I realize this machine hasn’t gotten the highest ratings, so I’ll definitely update once it’s up and running… so far, so good!
UPDATE 1: the machine mostly works ok- it’s washing my clothes well, and it’s QUIET!! But the dryer part isn’t working well at all- it’s heating up nicely, but the fan is too weak to even open the vent flap to exhaust the moist air. I’ve had to prop the vent open from the outside. This also means it’s taking far too long to dry clothes- one towel and one shirt took 3 hours to dry, and they were still damp. I’ve sent a message off to the seller to see if they’ll fix it, or if I need to return the unit… I’m very happy with the washer part, but not enough to keep the machine if it can’t dry properly. Will update once this is sorted out-
