We checked the weight limit prior to buying this washer and dryer pedestal to ensure it would hold our washer and dryer. After meeting the weight requirement and mounting it, the mental began to bend approximately 1 hr after putting dryer and washer on it. The metal is flimsy and the pedestal is not sturdy. If you have an even floor, the pedestal doesn’t sit evenly and rocks back and forth. Overall, this (in our opinion) is not worth the buy and returning it is a bear as it had to be disassembled, boxed and sent back.

Building these was easy. installation required 2 people. They brought the door up to a level that makes it easier to remove and input clothes. I can also access the area under my machines and keep it cleaned up. Gad i purchased these. Frame could be a little bit stronger.

The product seemed like it would work for my small apartment where the washer and dryer are side by side vice stacked. However, once I unpacked everything and assembled it, I noticed that the one plate for the left side, or at least how I assembled it, was damaged and bowed. Obviously this won’t work in an apartment complex.
