The washer is very easy to use and customize cycles. It is quiet and does a nice job staying balanced. The large capacity allows us to wash comforters and large loads of clothes. The steam really helps with stains.

I was worried about ordering such a large applicance off of portablewasherdryercombo.com, however the whole process was seamless. The Washing machine arrived within 2 days of ordering it, and the delivery guy offered to place it where ever we wanted. We had never installed a washing machine before and were nervous, but it was so easy. We just removed the shipping bolts and rubber washers first, then used the color coded water lines to place the water hoses on. Make sure you remove the stoppers inside of the water lines or the washer will not work! I love that it has all the needed options and fits a full size queen comforter plus sheets with a little room to spare!
