I’ll be honest, pretty impressed with this little heater. We hang dry clothes often, and in the winter we obviously have to do that inside and it can take a while. This setup is going to help make that process way faster, but not damage the clothes like you would in a standard dryer. Testing this out with a couple hooded sweatshirts, and what normally would take at least a day got done in about 3 hours. We put two sweatshirts in the clothes enclosure on hangers, then ran the heater unit on high. It has a timer that will shut the heater off after multiple selectable intervals, I’m guessing so you don’t leave it on and burn your house down, so bonus points for that. I ran it for 120 minutes, then 60 minutes and the sweatshirts were about 98% dry. Also washed some of the kids shoes, let them sit in the sun to get a good portion of the water out, then brought inside and ran the shoe dryer to finish off the job. Worked well and got the toe box area dryer much quicker than just sitting them out in the sun would. Haven’t tried the pet dryer or blanket warmer out yet, but will report back if we do.

Had clothes in there for an hour and a half and were still wet. Very difficult to use. Save your money.

I was thinking that this would be able to stand on its own, but it needs something to hang on in order to function as a dryer. I tried to unzip the cover, it caught the folded, thin plastic sheet and the zipper got caught on it and ripped it. While trying to get the zipper to unstuck, the plastic material kept ripping rather easily. It’s quite small, you’d only be able to dry a few garments at a time. I tried to dry my clothes and after a couple of hours It was drier than it was, but it takes too long. It would run non stop trying to dry a load of clothes. I didn’t really have a great place to hang it up at and perhaps it was why it didn’t function well. You think for the price you pay, they would actually include a frame or rack in the package to hang it. The pieces are made from plastic coat hanger material, and I don’t see it lasting long.
