I was so excited to get my nictemaw portable washer. Unfortunately, it’s absolutely useless. First, like other reviewers have noted, it does not come with the quick connect port for your sink – you need to order that separately. Next, the hose is maybe 2 feet long, making it difficult to find a sink you can hook it to. Finally, my machine appears he have a defect that makes it impossible to keep the hose attached to the water input. As soon as I turn on the water, the hose pops off and sprays water across the room. I have tried contacting nictemaw support for weeks and have not heard anything back. Incredibly disappointing. This is an investment and a huge waste of money when it’s faulty right now of the box and no one will help.

To be honest I almost lost hope in finding a good portable washer machine for an apartment where there are no water hooks.
I had before one of those twin tubs which felt like a toy and did poor job.
This was my perspective until I got this machine.
Although it still consider a portable ‘small’ machine, it’s actually not small and you can fit quite a lot in it. The engine itself is very strong which makes sure every inch of your clothes is getting clean for real.
No need to restart the clock every 15minutes and no need to move it to the drain tool.
This machine is set to do everything for you and extremely well. Only did 2 rounds so far but I’m so impressed and definitely recommend this one to anyone who does not have water pipes for washer machine.
The only thing to consider is that the water hose that’s provided is a bit short. I will recommend to buy longer one before getting this and you’ll be good to go.

When we opened the box, water came out the hose. I thought the seller sent me a used machine. After contacting the seller I was told that each machine is being tested out before sending out thats why it was wet. Overall happy with the purchase. The machine has multiple settings for delicates and for heavy duty. The spin is pretty good, the clothes come out almost dry.

This product actually works very well and is well worth the price. It’s easy to use, is lightweight and quiet, does a great job washing, rinsing and dewatering clothes. I’m not sure how long it will last because it is mostly plastic, although it has a good guarantee. We have it on our boat and it’s small and yet will wash plenty of items in a load that takes only 30 minutes. I haven’t tried all the program- the directions are not completely clear on how they operate and what they do. For instance, the soak cycle: does it soak and then wash and rinse and spin, or does it just soak?
I will figure it out.
