I can not say enough good things about this washer. It does it a decent load of laundry for being a portable washer. being a few weeks behind in laundry with 3 kids I thought I was going to never catch up. I was able to catch up in a few days. It holds about 4 hooded sweatshirts, I was able to wash 3 thinner throw blankets. Runs quietly, the dinger when it is all done will for sure let you know its done. I have a sprayer faucet so I had to buy a special fitting to get it to fit to my faucet but other than that hooking it up was super easy especially with the quick connect fitting. Easy to move around if you aren’t able to store it closely to where you are using it, I think the only thing that would make it easier is if it had lockable wheels! I love it. A great alternative to a regular size washer if you don’t have the space or hookup for one!

We received our washing machine and installed it into our RV. The machine leaked all over the floor from the bottom of the tub!!! All the pipes were good so there was something wrong from the bottom of machine. We contacted the company and they approved a refund upon return of the washing machine. We took it to Fed EX and were told that the company did not pay for return and for us to return it ourselves it would cost more than what we paid for the machine. We have tried contacting portablewasherdryercombo.com, the insurance Asurion (do not buy!), and the company and have no results from anyone!!!!! Not cool portablewasherdryercombo.com!!!! The appliance insurance we purchased through portablewasherdryercombo.com told us to contact the company for a return. Great, thanks!!! DO NOT BUY THIS WASHING MACHINE!!! Not worth the hassle! I want results portablewasherdryercombo.com!! Or how about the company Nictemaw Store? You should be ashamed. Please make this right for us. Either send us a new machine that does not leak free of charge, or pay for the return of your faulty product.

The machine is quite amazing – I can carry it from one room to another, it cleans the clothes and 1 extra spin cycle at the end makes for a quick line dry after.
The only reason I gave it 4 stars – all hoses could be longer! I bought a separate intake hose made out of metal. And beware of the outtake hose – anchor it because there’s force when water and suds come out. A typical wash does about 3 rinse cycles. Also, the wash cycles could be shorter – standard is 47 min. and I think a heavy wash is 67 min.
A couple of unique feature I love – the washing cylinder is far enough away from the machine walls so it can adjust with the amount of clothes and balancing without over stressing. Also, there’s no plastic turn-style in the middle taking up valuable space. It does hold a good amount of clothes – I’d say a medium load.
All in all, after our landlord took away our washer/dryer, this machine has fit the bill and come to the rescue! Worth the money. 🙂
