   This is a must have item in the process of cleaning many clothing. It is very fast and gets much water out – use something like a a low height dishpan to catch the water, at least half a gallon. Once the machine stops, it will keep spinning for about 5 more minutes. Wait till it stops. The are slightly damp and can dry in the sun very quickly. They can dry fast in an electric dryer. I have a small one for 120v power.

   I bought and received my Panda spin dryer on November 4th, 2024. I have run it about six times so far over the last month that I have had it. I LOVE this machine! It is very powerful, quiet, sturdy and well made, lightweight, everything that I was looking for. I live with my husband and we go through an average of two small/medium loads of laundry per week. I also have a twin tub washing machine I bought at the same time. I got tired of twenty years of going to the laundromat. I have an old house with a basement and laundry hookups, but the stairway is too narrow to fit a traditional washer and dryer down due to wall/foundation issues. This has been my solution the minute I discovered portable washing machines and spin dryers and so far I am loving it! I have not been to the laundromat since (will go about every two months to wash blankets and coats). I separate my laundry into two loads, one whites and delicates/some towels, the other everything else. I hand wash the whites/delicates, rinse in my twin tub machine, and spin dry in my Panda with the rest of my clothes. I can fit both loads easily into the Panda for one spin cycle. I did experiment and separately washed a thin throw style blanket and was able to fit that by itself into my Panda and spin it. Twin sheets will fit into a Panda, and even beach towels. The Panda will not fit our twin bed comforters and I will continue to bring blankets or heavier items like coats to the laundromat. I love that I can hand wash items and throw them in the spin dryer, as this is also a back up plan if my twin tub stops working. The spin dryer is very portable and will go anywhere in your house or apartment with a plug outlet. The cord is not terribly long so something to keep in mind. It is longer than the one on my twin tub. This machine stops automatically after five minutes which is nice. Its very stable as long as you load it correctly, and is very quiet. My clothes, towels, and sheets come out about 90% dry and only require hanging on laundry racks for about 5-6 hours or overnight (my old house is drafty so it will take longer than a well insulated apartment). This is still far less time than it took when I brought wet clothes home from the laundromat and hung them to dry. It used to take me a full day or even two to dry those completely. I’m telling you, this machine is more powerful than the spin cycle on a commercial washing machine!

   This product came to me damaged. It had a dent on the canister. However, it worked fantastic. So I gave it a 5 star rating out of 5 stars. At first I thought, “How could this have gotten a dent when the packaging was so protective?” I speculate that it was from the factory and not the delivery where the dent occured. Nevertheless, it works as promised. My clothes are dryer much quicker. I’m not returning it. The Spin Dryer turns off by itself in 5 minutes. This is written in the manual which I found the next day. It will turn off by itself so there is no need to turn it off. Also, this is super important. in the beginning when the machine is starting to spin, it helps tremondously if you assist the machine from wobbling by holding it down while. Note if you turn the level to the off position, you are applying the breaks and thus wearing off the break component of your machine. You don’t want to do that. The reason it’s difficult to use is that you will need a large enough container to catch the water that is extracted. And, also you will need a handy mop. This machine extracts a lot of water. See some examples of the machine on YouTube reviews for the product. During Covid19 in New York City, the laundromats are very small and it’s impossible to social distance, so this is a blessing.    Just got this guy about a day ago and I’ve already washed 5 loads of laundry in it. It works amazing and I feel like a kid watching it drain out all the water. I’ve been able to put in 3 or 4 shirts in one load and about 10-12 pairs of socks with no issues. When it came to pants, I could probably load it with 2 pairs of dress pants but I felt it was better to be safe than sorry. Now the machine can go up to about 5 minutes but for all the loads I did, I only ran it for one minute and everything came out almost 100% dry. It was surprising how dry they were, my socks and underwear were almost completely dry and only needed a couple hours to dry. The first time I ran the machine it did have a hard time spinning. I can only assume it was from being in a box so long and never being used before. After the first cycle, it ran great. It did wobble a little on start up but ran smooth afterwards. Do be careful though, if it is unbalanced, it could easily shake itself off the counter or surface it is sitting on. Other than that, I haven’t found a single complaint about it and love the thing to death. Most clothes I’ve washed are almost dry to the point I could wear them afterwards. Love the fact I can wash my work clothes and they are ready to go later the same day or ready for me tomorrow.

   Dry clothes, pretty dry, could dry my twin size sheet in less than 5 minutes. I can air dry sheet after spin less than 2 hours. Fine product. Now I can wash all my things with my hands if I want. The only thing I don’t like is that they send me used product with water stains and scale. Return cost more time so I deep cleaned it. Check your inner turned once received, don’t be fooled by its fancy new package.

   By choice, my husband and I wash all of our clothes by hand. The wringing is the hard part… With this product, our laundry days have become a breeze. We have a pretty humid house that’s small and has poor ventilation, but hanging to dry after using the spin dryer is great. Clothes are dry within 24 hours at the most, and sometimes half that time or less if we have the heat up or the items are polyester, etc. We are amazed by how quickly the machine works to spin dry clothes. I highly recommend this product to others.

    Wringing laundry by hand is a pain. This makes the clothes nearly almost dry before hanging so they are completely dry in1-2 hours after hanging. Have only used it a few times but so far LOVE it.

    I really like this little spinner! I did a load of towels and followed the instructions so I put the big towel on the bottom then layered in the smaller towels then a medium towel on top. I squished everything down tight so there were no gaps then put the load disk on top. As some other reviewers noted I held the top of the unit while it spun up to speed (for maybe 10 seconds) but it was clear I’d loaded it right because it increased in speed. It didn’t wobble at all once it got going. I let it run for the whole five minutes and it extracted over 3 cups of water! I really was impressed. The towels came out damp but they’ll be fully dry in perhaps 3 hours (It’s cold and humid here and usually takes 14-20 hours for them to dry) so this is a major improvement. It’s also pretty quiet. My only complaint? It looks nothing like a panda! Ha ha ha. The unit feels plenty solid to me. Yes, the lid is plastic but if you don’t bang it around, it will be fine. Someone said there are no handles but there are. They are little divots cut into the black part of the upper unit. It’s not that heavy, allowing me to store it in the bathroom when not in use. Again, very happy with this purchase and will keep you updated since I do two loads of laundry a week.

    Works as advertised, gets a lot of water out; but will not completely dry the clothes. They are still damp, and require drying. I manage with a small fan blowing on the clothes combined with the exhaust fan in my bathroom. This works because I live in Arizona where the humidity is usually very low. Only small inconvenience: when you put your hand in the machine to take clothes out, you must be careful not to scrap your arm/hand on the edge of the inner machine rim. The lid seems flimsy, and has a written warning to be gentle with it. Cuts drying time by over half.

    First met this lovely spinner on a research ship in the Galapagos. We could wash our clothes but didn’t have a dryer. Enter the Panda Spinner. I wasn’t sure what to make of this cylindrical, water-expelling beast, but after we became acquainted, I swore I would have one of my own. Upon my return to the States, I ordered not one, but TWO.
    This sucker removes so much water from even heavy towels, flannel, etc, that dryer time is cut by probably 2/3. It is especially fabulous for items you don’t want to put in the dryer.
    It is worth the money. It is worth the space. Only thing, there is no drain pan, so you gotta get one of those because otherwise you will have a gallon of water on your floor because of it’s efficiency in removing the water and detergent that the washing machine so carelessly leaves behind.

    This is a great product! It gets the water out of the clothes very well almost to the point where it’s just damp. There is less drying time in the dryer, which is a plus. The only downside I see to this is that to put better handles on this so that it could be moved easier otherwise it’s a great product.
