   I got this for my small apartment. Ran my first load in this washer and I’m very impressed. It not only cleaned the clothes, but rinsed them very well. But I’ll give you tips they don’t tell you in the manual. TIPS: 1. Water level: The machine won’t run if it’s not filled to the water level you selected. If it’s not running, it’s because there isn’t enough water. When it hits the right limit, it automatically blocks off your valve – In my bathroom that meant water went everywhere. 2. Draining: The water will drain without warning. If your hose isn’t in the toilet or bathtub, you’re going to have a mess. We used the toilet to drain but the water was coming so quick it almost overflowed. I strongly suggest draining into a sink or tub! Will update if this machine doesn’t hold up, but so far I’m impressed.

   My old washer was left to me by my landlord and it kept sticking to my clothes after every wash so I bought this to replace the old laundromat. Feel washed. It would be better if there are four feet on the bottom and wheels. This makes it easy to move。But I don’t know, what is this plastic block for?

   Best thing I ever bought. I get infections all the time. Now, I’m dieing from my infections and can’t use a washing machine that other people use in my apartment complex. I don’t want anyone getting what I have. This is the best!

   Originally, I bought this same washer ( in the pic ), this past February. The washer was great, EXCEPT, it leaked. After coming in contact with the seller and explaining the issue; they offered me a full refund. I liked the machine and preferred a replacement. Within 5 DAYS of speaking w/ the seller- I had a replacement!!! This one has NO LEAKS!!!! I am very IMPRESSED with both the seller & this machine!! I’m not new to portable washer/dryers. When buying this one I was a little skeptical at the price but the last few I had bought were much more expensive and I was curious if I was throwing money away. After using the this machine, I was wasting money! This machine, in some respects, is better than the other ones I’ve used. The basin is larger & more programs to choose from and I can wash blankets and sheets in this one! I recommend this machine 💯!!!

   It took me a while to evaluate it. The effect is very good. I feel that the washing machine has a lot of horsepower. It is really practical. The washing machine has many functions and the sound is not loud. The washing effect is good. The appearance and material are high-grade. It is very suitable for washing underwear. It is clean and hygienic. The small size can also save water and electricity. It will not make the laundry room crowded. It is very easy to use.

   So far so good. I’m very pleased with my purchase. I’m pretty handy so it was like kindergarten setting it up and attaching modifications to make it work for my space. I’m replacing a Panda washer with this one and honestly I like this one much better assuming it lasts the same 5 years my Panda lasted and there are no future issues. No leaks, larger capacity than my panda which was a 17 pound loader. I used to jam that thing too full and had to add extra water with buckets but this one I put about the same amount in and it’s all nice and free to move around in there which is why I ordered the 25 pound capacity. Super happy with this. The only flaws I noticed was a spot of what looked like hot glue on the back which was easy to peel off, there’s a discoloration on the front in the plastic that looked like something bumped it pretty good but it doesn’t affect use or bother me (much), and there was some sort of red powder underneath the protective plastic stickers that looked more like paprika than rust. Rust would be made more sense because of the leftover water in the unit from the manufacturer testing the functionality so not sure what that was. I made sure not to touch it and I wiped the entire unit well with dish soap and water.

   This washer is amazing! I have an on-site laundry room but it’s so expensive, this washer let’s me wash enough to fill a dryer to dry for 45 minutes for .75! You don’t have to stand there and babysit it, works excellent for me!

   This product only lasted about a month. The help web site was useless – drum will not rotate the cloths. Tried to recalibrate the drum and reset the drive. Not able to find parts or contact service for this item. Questionable quality
