I’ve always loved the thought of these so when I ordered this one, I was excited to try it out. First of all, it is very easy to set up and tear down and when collapsed, it fits easily into a much smaller space. It uses very little energy but does a great job at cleaning and would be perfect for people who need a way to clean their clothes in a van or RV. Of course, it is quite small, so it is best reserved for small items like activeware, underwear, socks, etc… but nine times out of ten, that is what I’m wearing when I’m wandering around the world anyway. Very happy with this product and how effective it is for coming in such a small package. Oh, and the water is easy to drain and the dry cycle works great, too!

With a title that mentions “dryer”, I thought this would have a drying function. I ordered this quickly. The description reads, however, that this has the same spin “dry” function as most other similar portable washers in this category. It spins the clothes to release excess water but does not dry them at all.
I can’t speak to the function of this washer at all as I was unable to use it. The drain hose did not come with a cap to seal it, so when water is put into the washer, it drains out immediately via the hose.

I didn’t like this item that much. You can probably wash like 2 pairs of socks and one piece of underwear, it’s super small, the power of it is not that great. It doesn’t leak so it’s a good plus. It doesn’t take that much energy so it’s good if you are going to take it with you on a trip. What I think is the highlight of this item is that you can compact it really well and it will fit practically anywhere, which is pretty useful. For the money I think it’s ok since you can’t wash many items so I think is neither expensive or cheap.

I’m kind of disappointed with this portable washing machine. The instructions are really bad. I wanted it to use in my shop for washing my small shop rags. Unfortunately, I can only wash one rag at a time or the motor struggles to spin and usually jams up. While it did technically wash one rag, I couldn’t image using this for clothing. The drain hose is annoying as well. It works by gravity. The hose has a little hook that clips into the top of the washing machine. It doesn’t stay in place. The hose fell while I was using it and it immediately started draining all over my counter. There’s no plug for the end of the hose. The other annoying part is that the basket that inserts in the machine has to be removed before collapsing the washing machine down, or it will not pack flat. Basically, you need to disassemble the washer before you put it away. All-in-all, this is more of a hassle than it’s worth and not very effective.
