This thing is great. So many options for washing, and does a great job. I would advise to tilt and empty any water left in the bottom as needed, since it will leave about 2 to 3 cups in the resivior even after a full cycle

I finally open the box and go to use the machine, and it seemed great was not to loud. Then when it came to complete the washing process my machine wouldn’t drain the water like it was supposed too very disappointed. I should have used sooner now I am out of a large amount of money should have known better when they only give you a short return window.
