Talk about a MAJOR game changer for my laundry room! I’ve always wanted to stack my washer and dryer, and with my laundry/mud room renovation underway, I couldn’t snatch these up fast enough when I saw them available. Honestly, I had no idea I needed a stacking kit until after I ordered it and did some research, but now I can’t imagine my space without it.
Assembly was a breeze! The kit comes with its own ratchet strap (in white) to keep the washer and dryer securely in place. You definitely don’t want your dryer moving around, and even as I build the wall next to it, the ratchet strap keeps everything in place. The kit also features a pull-out clothes hanger, which, to be honest, feels a bit flimsy, but since I don’t plan to use it often, it works for me.
What I love most about this stacking kit is how simple it was to assemble. I just inserted the two square rods into the holes, placed them on top of the washer, and then hired a crew to lift the dryer on top and secure it with the ratchet. Now, I have the space to build cabinets next to my machines, and the amount of room available is amazing!
It’s truly a game changer for my renovation, and I’m so stoked about it. Plus, the pieces have a non-skid mat attached, which makes sure everything stays secure. So happy!
