Product broke after 2 uses and the plug would never stay closed since it was purchased and leaked water constantly. The plug would have to be held closed during washing. Not worth the money.

So we do a lot of way off grid camping. I swear I can never bring enough socks and underwear! Lol… I saw this portable wash tub and thought I’d give it a try. It actually works pretty well and doesn’t use much power. In the video I had too much creek water in the tub, less would have been better but I’m still learning. I used Eco friendly wilderness wash so no worries draining the water. The wash cycle allows for a 5 minute or 10 minute wash depending on how dirty your things are, and there’s a 3 minute spin cycle for spinning off some water. I drained the water then wrung out the clothes then put in the spin cycle basket, but you’ll still need to hang them to dry of course. The tub snaps down to pack more compact and it’s lightweight. I think I’ll keep taking it on trips and pack less undies and socks.

This is better than expected. We love our camper but not being able to wash anything without a washing machine has stunk. This is such a great compromise. Being able to quickly rinse my kids little clothing and undergarments has been a game changer for camping and packing. A 4 year old and 6 year old go through a lot of clothes. It’s a quick cycle and much needed for smaller items. We haven’t tried it with larger clothing items but it is perfect for the kids clothes! It also folds up so small. I wish we had this years ago.
